DeNae Howard

DeNae Howard joined Prosper CPAs in 2024 and serves as an Experienced Associate, where she provides tax compliance and preparation services for individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. She also supports the firm's Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice with bookkeeping and financial reporting, and contributes to assurance engagements.

DeNae holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL), earned in December 2024, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. She is a CPA Candidate and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, dedicated to delivering thoughtful, client-focused solutions.

Having co-owned and operated a small business herself, DeNae brings a firsthand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. She is passionate about helping small business owners navigate the complexities of tax and finance so they can make confident decisions and stay focused on what matters most: growing their business.
