Holly Breuer is the Founder & President of Prosper CPAs. She has over 20 years of experience providing privately held businesses and their owners with regulatory and operational consultation. Holly consults on routine operations with business owners and ownership groups in all industries to help them optimize business value and streamline processes. Her technical expertise in taxation, business operations, and financial and accounting principles allows her to provide expert insight and strategic tax planning to achieve her client’s goals. During her years in the accounting industry, Holly has developed many long-lasting client relationships. She is passionate about knowing her clients and their businesses and considers their successes part of her own.

Holly lives in St. Louis with her husband, son, and their three rescue shelties. She loves spending time with her family, daughter and son-in-law, and their two children! When she’s not behind a computer, she likes to be outdoors, hiking, or gardening.
