Kara Hershberger is the Director of Assurance Services at Prosper CPAs. She has more than 15 years of experience providing auditing services to public companies and privately held businesses in a variety of industries, as well as governmental and not for profit organizations. Her technical expertise in accounting standards, internal business and IT controls, and cybersecurity allows her to provide straight forward solutions to client challenges.

Kara has continuously prioritized the goals of the organization during her years working on both external and internal audits. She is passionate about creating value for her clients by providing insights from an independent and unique perspective.
