Natalie Stevenson leads Prosper CPAs’ Client Accounting Services team, partnering with business owners throughout the St. Louis region to create stronger, more reliable financial foundations. She helps clients move beyond day-to-day bookkeeping by delivering timely financial information, practical insight, and the support needed to make informed business decisions. Her work is centered on helping owners understand the numbers behind their operations so they can focus their time and energy on growth.

With experience in outsourced CFO services, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting system support, Natalie works closely with clients to develop solutions that fit the way their businesses operate. She has particular expertise in QuickBooks and is familiar with a wide range of accounting platforms, allowing her team to help clients improve reporting, streamline workflows, and build more efficient processes.

Natalie takes a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to client service. She begins by gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s goals, operations, and existing systems, then identifies opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and financial visibility. As Director of Client Accounting Services, Natalie is committed to making accounting a more valuable tool for business owners. Natalie lives in Ballwin with her husband, teenager, and turtle - who may be the household's most dependable source of slow-and-steady guidance. In the summer, she enjoys her season tickets to The Muny, Cardinals games, and trying new restaurants throughout the area. In the winter, you can find her challenging her family to a “friendly” board game, playing Guitar Hero, baking cookies and perfecting her sourdough, singing, planning her next Disney trip, and occasionally receiving a full sentence from her teenager.
